The official website for the Rainy Cocoa television anime announced on August 16 that the fourth season, titled Ameiro Cocoa Series 'Ame-con!!', will premiere on Tokyo MX on October 4, and on Sun TV on October 7. Like the series' third season, the new "Ame-con!!" (Ameiro Convention or Rainy [Color] Convention) season will center Nozomu Tokura's new coffee shop in Hawaii.
In the third season, Rainy Color is opening a new coffee shop location in Hawaii, and Kōji Amami nominates Nozomu Tokura to be the manager of the new location. The anime follows Nozomu as he makes new friends and works hard to open the new shop successfully.
The first Rainy Cocoa anime premiered in April 2015 and the sequel, Rainy Cocoa, Welcome to Rainy Color (Ameiro Cocoa Rainy color e Yōkoso!), premiered in October 2015. The third season, Rainy Cocoa in Hawaii, premiered last October. Funimation streamed both Rainy Cocoa and Rainy Cocoa, Welcome to Rainy Color as they aired, and the company released both seasons subtitled only on DVD last September.
