Southeast Asian film distributor Odex began streaming an English-subtitled trailer on Tuesday for the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection anime film. Odex also confirmed that it will screen the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation sequel film in Southeast Asia at an as-yet unspecified date.

Odex will open the film in nine Southeast Asian territories, including Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, and Thailand. The film will open in Singapore on October 8 as part of its Odex Film Festival event. The movie will also get fan screenings in Malaysia in November, in the Philippines in late October, and in Vietnam in late September. Odex did not announce release windows for other territories.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection opened on July 22 at 73 theaters and ranked at #8 in the Japanese box office.

In the film's story, a pair of researchers stay behind on their dying planet of Eltria with their two daughters, Amitie and Kirie, in hopes of finding a way to revive the planet. But when the husband Granz falls ill it seems their dream of reviving the planet will die. Against her older sister's wishes, Kirie sets off with her childhood friend Iris to seek help from a distant alternate world. They arrive in Japan on Earth to search for the key to their planet's regeneration. There, they meet Nanoha Takamachi, Fate T. Harlaown, and Hayate Yagami.
