The comedy manga follows three 25-year-old men who are trying to lose their virginity. The protagonist Shin'ichi Kunimori is a self centered show-off, Tatsuya has a complex about how big his nipples are, and Makoto Takasugi has a shy personality and is bad with women. (Note: Name romanizations not confirmed.)

The film stars, from left to right in the image above, Tomoya Maeno as Makoto, Kento Hayashi as Shin'ichi, and Shuntarō Yanagi as Tatsuya.

Ken'ichiro Nishiumi is directing the film and Daigo Matsui is writing the script.
