T.M.Revolution, Sayuri Sing Fate/Extra Last Encore Anime's Theme Songs

posted on by Egan Loo
Kunihiko Yasui confirmed as Berserker in video

The official website for Fate/Extra Last Encore, the television anime of the Fate/Extra game, revealed the anime's theme song artists and confirmed another voice cast member on Sunday. Takanori Nishikawa (T.M. Revolution) is performing the opening theme song, and Sayuri is contributing her new song "Tsuki to Hanataba" (The Moon and the Bouquet) as the ending theme.

Kunihiko Yasui will reprise the role of Berserker in the anime. The website also revealed a character visual, and is streaming the character ad. (Note: The linked character ad is region-locked to Japan.)

The anime will premiere "next winter." The show's official website is revealing six character commercials once every two weeks during the latest episode of the Fate/Apocrypha anime.

The show will star:

Akiyuki Simbo (March comes in like a lion, Puella Magi Madoka Magica) is the chief director of the anime at the studio SHAFT. Yukihiro Miyamoto (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Arakawa Under the Bridge) is serving as series director. Masaaki Takiyama (Tokyo ESP, Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!) is designing the characters based on Rco Wada's (Wadarco) original designs. Type-Moon and Marvelous are credited for the original game and original Fate/stay night creator Kinoko Nasu is handling series composition. Satoru Kousaki (Bakemonogatari, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) is composing the music.

Marvelous Entertainment and Type-Moon released the Fate/Extra PlayStation Portable game in Japan in 2010. Aksys Games released the game in North America in November 2011. The Fate/Extra CCC companion game shipped in Japan on the PSP in March 2013.
