Hitori no Shita The Outcast 2 Series' Video Reveals January 9 Premiere

Emon began streaming a promotional video for Hitori No Shita The Outcast 2 (Raten Taisho Chapter), the second season of the Hitori no Shita the outcast show, on Friday. The video reveals the series' Japanese premiere date of January 9 (beginning with a recap episode of the first season), and reveals the new Japanese cast members.
The new cast members include Kazuyuki Okitsu as Ō Ya, Daisuke Hirakawa as Shokatsu Sei, Kenji Akabane as Ja Seiryan, Kengo Kawanishi as Fū Shinton, Yukiko Morishita as Shokatsu Haku, and Yōko Hikasa as Natsuka.
Emon describes the sequel:
In the first season, the protagonist, Chou Soran, hiding that he is an “outsider” (someone able to use special abilities) encounters a mysterious girl named Fuu Houhou who hold the secret of eternal life.
Together, they will join the Raten Tournament where they will try to solve the mysteries related to themselves.
In this 2nd season that marks the beginning of this fighting tournament between Outsiders, mysteries will gradually be unveiled and new characters will appear.
The second season premiered in China in July.
The first 12-episode season of the "supernatural power battle anime" series ran from July to September 2016 in Japan. The series was based on a Chinese web comic. Shanghai Emon planned the anime, and animation production took place in Japan. Chinese web company Tencent owns the rights to the original comic. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
