Shonengahosha Launches New Young King Black Magazine

New magazine to feature works by Daisuke Watanabe, Ta-shi, Ryuta Amazume, Fumio Obata

Shonengahosha revealed a new manga magazine tentatively named Young King Black on December 11. The new magazine's first issue is slated for sometime around March 2018. The magazine is labeled as a "special edition" of the Young King magazine.

The manga will feature a collaboration between Daisuke Watanabe and Ryō Eita, and it will be a spinoff of Watanabe's Gedō no Uta manga tentatively titled Sonoda no Uta. The magazine will also feature manga by Ta-shi (Donketsu Gaiden), Ryuta Amazume (Nana to Kaoru), Fumio Obata (Shimauma), and other manga creators.

The keywords for the new magazine include "excitement," "violence," "crisis," "eros," "sister," and "echo." The announcement described the magazine as "reveling in destruction and thrills."
