Flame of Recca/MÄR's Nobuyuki Anzai to Launch New Manga Series

Manga slated for next spring
Manga artist Nobuyuki Anzai will launch a new manga series in Shogakukan's Sunday S Zōkan magazine next spring. The series will be Anzai's first work with Shogakukan in seven years.
Anzai ended his Kōtetsu Manroku -Metal Rock- manga in Takeshobo's Manga Life MOMO magazine in February. The manga, a sequel to his Anzai Nobuyuki no Meta Nikki (Nobuyuki Anzai's Meta Diary) essay manga, had been running since 2014.
Viz Media has released both the manga and anime versions of Anzai's Flame of Recca and MÄR series in North America. However, the company only released the first 16 episodes of the MÄR on DVD.
