A Certain Magical Virtual-On Manga Launches

Toaru Majutsu no Index x Dennō Senki Virtual-On: Toaru Majutsu no Virtual-On (A Certain Magical Index x Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: A Certain Magical Virtual-On), the manga adaptation of the collaboration novel of the same name, launched in Kadokawa's ComicWalker site on December 28. Rōji Karegishi is drawing the manga, which was originally slated for fall in Kadokawa's Monthly Dengeki PlayStation magazine.
Kadokawa published the original novel in May 2016. As the title indicates, the game is a collaboration between Kazuma Kamachi's A Certain Magical Index light novel series and Sega's Virtual-On video game franchise. Kamachi wrote the novel, and Virtual-On designer Hajime Katoki illustrated the book.
Sega is developing a video game for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita based on the collaboration project. The game will ship in Japan on February 15.
