Remake of Vanillaware's action RPG slated for spring in West

Atlus USA began streaming a co-op trailer for Vanillaware's Dragon's Crown Pro PlayStation 4 game on Wednesday. The game will launch physically and digitally on the PS4 and PS4 Pro in North America and Europe this spring.

The game is a PS4 version of Vanillaware's Dragon's Crown game. The game will support 4K resolution, and will have a re-recorded fully orchestral soundtrack. In addition, Dragon's Crown Pro will be cross-play compatible with the original Dragon's Crown PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita games.

The game will launch in Japan on February 8 after a delay.

Vanillaware and Atlus released the original "2D action RPG" in Japan in July 2013 and in North America in August 2013.

Udon Entertainment licensed yuztan's manga adaptation of the game and shipped the first volume in November.
