Beatless Anime to Get Recap Episodes on February 16, March 23

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Satoshi Hase and redjuice's Beatless novel revealed on Wednesday that the anime will air "Intermission" recap episodes on February 16 and March 23. The episodes will look back on the events, characters, and the world of the anime. The announcement also states that the anime's "first chapter" will end with the fifth episode on Friday.
The anime premiered on January 12 on MBS and TBS, and on January 13 on BS-TBS, and airs in the "Animeism" programming block. Amazon is exclusively streaming titles from the Animeism block to 200 countries through its Amazon Prime Video service.
Seiji Mizushima (Fullmetal Alchemist, Expelled from Paradise, Concrete Revolutio) is directing the anime at diomedéa. Tatsuya Takahashi (The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, Rewrite, Eromanga Sensei) and Go Zappa (Koihime Musō, A Bridge to the Starry Skies, Blend S) are in charge of series composition. Hiroko Yaguchi (Un-Go, Aikatsu!) is designing the characters based on redjuice's original designs. NARASAKI and kz (Livetune) are composing the show's music.
