Production company MAGES announced the upcoming game Steins;Gate Elite, a major update of the original Steins;Gate game with new elements, last May. Spike Chunsoft will release Steins;Gate Elite in North America and Europe for the PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam this year.

Set in Tokyo's Akihabara district, the original game follows Rintarō Okabe as he changes fate by traveling between different world lines. The game franchise has more than 1 million copies in print.
