The official website for the television anime of GCREST's 100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams: The Animation (Yume Ōkoku to Nemureru 100-Nin no Ōji-sama) (100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams) smartphone puzzle role-playing game revealed three character designs. It also revealed that Haruka Kimura is joining the cast as the unnamed heroine.

The anime will premiere this summer. The official Twitter account is holding a campaign asking fans to submit their wishes for the anime adaptation; three participants will be chosen by lottery to win a signed poster.
Suzumura and Yamashita are reprising their roles from the game. The game's cast of princes also includes Shōta Chōnan (Luke), Takeaki Masuyama (Medi), Showtaro Morikubo (Byakuyō), Ayumu Murase (Hinata), Mamoru Miyano (Kairi), and Sōichirō Hoshi (Shigure).
The game, which launched on Android and iOS devices in 2015, has the theme of romance with a prince "whom every woman dreams of." The game lets players experience love with over 100 princes who live in the Kingdom of Dreams. Players solve puzzles to wake up the princes from their deep slumber.
The game already inspired a series of web anime shorts last year. Shin Katagai (Neo Angelique Abyss) directed the web anime version at Satelight.
