Digital Manga Merges eManga, Akadot Retail Websites

Digital Manga Inc. announced last week that it is merging its ebook retail website eManga with its physical book retail website Akadot. The eManga Twitter account announced on Monday that the new merged site will launch on Tuesday.
Digital Manga asked that customers back up their previous digital purchases because it "can not guarantee your account library will transfer." The company further announced via email newsletter that all titles listed as "streaming-only" will transfer to the new site, but will not be automatically added to user libraries.
eManga's yaoi titles will move to the website for Digital Manga Inc.'s yaoi imprint Juné, while its hentai titles will move to Digital Manga Inc.'s Project Hentai website.
Akadot's official Twitter announced in 2016 that it was moving to Juné. While the Akadot Twitter account stopped posting after this time, the website is still open with books listed for sale, and it shows a note that yaoi titles, specifically, have moved to Juné's website.
