SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy Game's 2nd Trailer Streamed (Update)

PS4/Switch game launches in Japan on September 6, in West on September 7

SNK began streaming the second trailer for its SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy fighting game on Thursday. The game will ship for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 6.

NIS America also began streaming a video on Thursday announcing playable character Love Heart.

The regular version of the game will cost 5,184 yen (about US48), and the limited edition will cost 8,888 yen (about US$82). The limited edition will include one of 27 acrylic character figures, and the first copies of the game will include a soundtrack CD. People who pre-order through SNK Online Shop will receive a reproduction signed paper board.

NIS America is partnering with SNK to release the game on both consoles in North America and Europe on September 7. NIS America will release the game physically and digitally on both consoles, but the PS4 retail version will only be available as a limited edition on the official SNK Online Store.

The limited Diamond Dream Edition for both Nintendo Switch and PS4 retails for US$119.99 and includes the game, a deluxe hardcover artbook, a two-disc original soundtrack, a lapel pin set, a large sleeveless shirt, a "fatal cutie" cap, a 12" x 42" workout towel, a wrist sweatband, and the deluxe collector's box.

The two-on-two tag-team fighting game will feature characters from the SNK universe, including Athena Asamiya, Kula Diamond, Leona Heidern, Mai Shiranui, Yuri Sakazaki, Nakoruru, Sylvie, and Zarina. The game will also include special Dream Finish techniques and character customization with up to 100 accessories.
