Sukima Switch, ENDRECHERI Cancel Monday Performances Due to Osaka Earthquake

Music duo Sukima Switch announced on Monday that they have cancelled their scheduled Monday performance in Kyoto's ROHM Theater due to the earthquake that struck Osaka and the surrounding areas earlier that morning. The performance was part of the duo's "ALGOrhythm" tour. The group's official website will announce further details for rescheduling, as well as the fate of the tour's Hyogo performance scheduled for Tuesday.
ENDRECHERI, the solo project of KinKi Kids member Tsuyoshi Dōmoto, also cancelled a performance scheduled for Monday at the Festival Hall in Osaka for the same reason. ENDRECHERI also has a planned performance at the same venue on Tuesday, but the project's official website will announce any possible rescheduling of the performance at a later date.
Sukima Switch has performed theme songs for Tokyo Marble Chocolate, The Beast Player Erin, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Space Brothers, Naruto Shippūden, Silver Spoon, and All Out!!. Dōmoto has acted in the live-action Gintama film as Shinsuke Takasugi, and KinKi Kids has performed theme songs for Chibi Maruko-chan and Time Bokan: The Villains Strike Back.
The estimated 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Osaka at 7:58 a.m. local time. As of press time, many train services in the greater Kansai region remain suspended.
