Disgaea 1 Complete Game's Video Highlights 'Defenders of Earth' Characters

NIS America began streaming a new video on Saturday for Disgaea 1 Complete (Makai Senki Disgaea Refine), the HD remake of the first game in the series. The video shows the "Defenders of Earth" characters Captain Gordon, Jennifer, Thursday, and Kurtis.

The game shipped for the PlayStation 4 and Switch in Japan on July 26. This year marks the original game's 15th anniversary; the original game shipped for PlayStation 2 in Japan in 2003. NIS America will release the game for PS4 and Switch in North America on October 9 and Europe on October 12.
NIS America will release the Disgaea 5 Complete game for the PC via Steam. The game was originally slated for May 7, then was delayed until this summer, and NISA revealed on August 17 that the game is now slated for October.
