Yagami to launch new manga in November

The October issue of Shogakukan's Ciao magazine published the final chapter of Chitose Yagami's Honey ♥ Days ~Kareshi ni Shitai Number 1 Geinōjin ni Aisareteimasu~ (Honey ♥ Days ~I'm Loved By the Actor Who Is Everyone's Number 1 Boyfriend Material) manga on Tuesday. The manga's third compiled book volume is slated for November 1.

The magazine also notes that Yagami will launch a new manga serialization in the magazine's December issue in November.

The manga centers on 15-year-old high school girl Haruka Takase, a normal student who lives with Keisuke Kamino, a 17-year-old actor, her childhood friend, and widely known to be the actor who is everyone's "number one boyfriend material." Haruka feels like they live in two different worlds, which only worsens when Keisuke starts getting busier at work, and they have fewer chances to see each other.

Yagami published a one-shot titled "Honey ♥ Days" in Shogakukan's Ciao Deluxe magazine in April 2017, and Yagami drew a sequel in July 2017. Yagami launched the manga as a serialization in Ciao in September 2017. Shogakukan published the manga's second volume on May 30.

Yagami's earlier Ore-sama Kingdom (Kings of My Love) manga was adapted into two anime specials. Viz Media published the two volumes of Fall in love like a comic! in North America in 2007 and 2008. Yagami launched Hapikon! ~Ōji to Sekai Ichi! Happy-na Kekkon~ in Ciao in August 2016, and ended it in July 2017.
