Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. 2 Arcade Game's Opening Movie, 1st Promo Video Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming the first promotional video and an opening movie on Saturday for Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. 2, the company's latest arcade fighting game in its Mobile Suit Gundam Vs. franchise.

The two-on-two team battle action game will launch in arcades in Japan on October 30. The game will feature more than 160 Mobile Suits from 36 Gundam works.
This game series based on the Gundam robot anime franchise began with Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation Vs. Zeon in arcades in 2001, and it has since spawned releases on both home consoles and portable game systems. The ninth major arcade game release in the series was the first Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs., which debuted in 2010. The game has since received several upgrades in arcades, with the most recent being Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Maxi Boost ON in 2016.
On the console side, Gundam Versus shipped in Japan in July 2017 while Bandai Namco Entertainment released the game in North America in September 2017.
