Compile Heart's Eshigami no Kizuna Game Turns Osamu Tezuka Characters into Cute Girls

Compile Heart began streaming the opening video for its Eshigami no Kizuna (The Bonds of Gods of Artists) smartphone game on Monday. The video reveals the game's cast and previews the game's theme song "Creation x Creation" by Kaori Ishihara.
The iOS and Android game will launch in 2019. Compile Heart is developing the game in collaboration with Sony's ForwardWorks company and anime studio Tezuka Productions.
The game portrays characters from the works of manga pioneer Osamu Tezuka as cute girls. The revealed cast and characters include (from top to bottom in image below) Kaori Ishihara as Phoenix (from Phoenix), Rie Kugimiya as Atom/Astro Boy (from Astro Boy), and Nao Tōyama as Black Jack (from Black Jack), drawn by artists Takuya Fujima, Tsunako, and Kei Nanameda, respectively.
Other cast members seen in the video include Miho Okazaki as Editor-in-Chief, Rika Kinugawa as Editor, Momoko Suzuki as Norma, and Moa Tsukino as Optin.
The tagline for the game's story is, "Artists borrow the strength of 'gods' and fight their 'deadline.'"
