Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojo Manga About Dysfunctional Couple Gets Live-Action Film

A live-action film adaptation of Seikimatsu's Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojo four-panel manga (The Boyfriend Who Can't Kill and the Girlfriend Who Won't Die) has been green-lit for Japanese theaters next fall. Shōtarō Mamiya (left in picture below) plays Rei Kosaka, while Hinako Sakurai (right) plays Nana Kano. Keiichi Kobayashi is directing the film and penning the script.

The manga revolves around the relationship between Rei Kosaka (a tsundere guy who easily gets worked up and who always says, "Just die already") and Nana Kano (a girl who habitually cuts her wrists and who always says, "I want to die.")
Seikimatsu releases the manga on Twitter, and Kadokawa published a compiled book volume for the manga in March 2017.
