Neo Geo mini Gets Christmas Limited Edition With 9 New Titles

48 titles plus 2 pads, HDMI cable, 7 exclusive stickers, nonskid pad, HD screen protector

SNK announced on Tuesday that it will offer a new version of its Neo Geo Mini system called the "Neo Geo mini Christmas Limited Edition."

The new version will contain 48 titles (compared to the 40 of the original Neo Geo Mini), including nine games not included in the previous Neo Geo Mini versions:

The limited edition will also include two pads, HDMI cable, seven exclusive stickers, non-skid pad, and HD screen protector, in addition to the Type C power cable that the regular version had.

SNK did not reveal a release date for the system, but noted that it will offer pre-orders for the system in Japan, North America, and Europe "soon."

The Neo Geo Mini shipped in Japan on July 24.

The Neo Geo Mini has a "Japanese Version" for the Asian market and an "International Version" for North America, South America, Europe and other regions. Each system has 40 games, and 14 of those games differ in the two versions. The Japanese Version has more fighting games and the International Version has more action games.
