Neofilms to Screen 2nd Fate/stay night Heaven's Feel Anime Film in Hong Kong

Chinese-subtitled trailer posted for film opening on February 21

Hong Kong film distributor Neofilms began streaming a Chinese-subtitled video for Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel II. lost butterfly, the second film in the Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel anime film trilogy, on Friday. The video reveals that Neofilms will open the film in theaters in Hong Kong on February 21.

Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel II. lost butterfly will open in Japan on January 12 in 131 theaters. The film was originally slated to premiere in Japan this year.

Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel I. presage flower opened at #1 at the Japanese box office by both attendance and box office earnings in October 2017. The film sold a total of 980,000 tickets to earn 1.5 billion yen (about US$13.5 million).

Neofilms opened the first film in Hong Kong on January 25.

Tomonori Sudō (Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, Fate/Zero animation director) is directing the films, and ufotable is animating the work. Yuki Kajiura (Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works theme song composer, Fate/Zero music and theme song composer) is composing the music. Takahiro Miura is providing the storyboards. Aimer performed the first film's theme song, and will also perform the second film's theme song "I beg you."
