Manga Entertainment set will include parts 39 to 50 of the series

Manga Entertainment has announced that it will release Season 3 Part 1 of My Hero Academia on May 13 as a Collectors Blu-ray/DVD pack as well as separate Blu-ray and DVD editions. This is the television anime of Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) manga.

The set includes episodes 39 to 50, and is modelled on the US release. Manga confirmed to ANN that the Blu-ray and Collectors Edition have on-disc extras including an interview with Daiki Yamashita (the voice of Deku) and Yuki Hayashi (composer).

The Collectors Edition (pictured left) also comes with a Chipboard Box with space for Part Two, a 60-page art book, a chibi Bakugo keychain, acrylic standees and ten holographic trading cards.

Manga Entertainment describes the set as follows:

"Summer is here, and the heroes of Class 1-A and 1-B are in for the toughest training camp of their lives! A group of seasoned pros pushes everyone's Quirks to new heights as the students face one overwhelming challenge after another. Braving the elements in this secret location becomes the least of their worries when routine training turns into a critical struggle for survival."

Kenji Nagasaki (Gundam Build Fighters, Classroom Crisis, No. 6) directed the first three seasons of the anime at the studio BONES (Blood Blockade Battlefront, Concrete Revolutio, Fullmetal Alchemist).
