AsianCrush, Midnight Pulp Stream Creamy Mami TV Anime

Digital Media Rights' AsianCrush and Midnight Pulp streaming websites began streaming Pierrot's Magical Angel Creamy Mami magical girl television anime series in the United States and Canada on Monday. AsianCrush told ANN that it and its sister channel Midnight Pulp are the only streaming services currently offering the series in North America.
The original anime aired from 1983 to 1984, and it inspired various manga and OVAs in the 80s. The story follows 10-year-old Yuu, who gains magical abilities after encountering a spaceship. She uses her newly acquired powers to become a 17-year-old pop star and hopefully win the heart of her crush.
The defunct video streaming and crowdfunding platform Anime Sols held a crowdfunding campaign in 2013 to fund the home video release of the original anime. The company released the series on DVD before closing in 2015.
The Mahō no Tenshi Creamy Mami Fukigen na Ohime-sama (Magical Angel Creamy Mami: Sullen Princess) spinoff manga launched on Coamix's manga website Comic Tatan on December 21.
