My Love Story!!, Danganronpa 3 Anime's Musical Duo Trustrick Disbands

The official website for the musical artist duo TRUSTRICK announced on Friday that the unit is disbanding. The duo's members and production team decided after discussions over a long period of time that TRUSTRICK's activities are complete with the duo's existing music and albums. The announcement thanked fans and staff for their support.
The duo went on indefinite hiatus after completing their "TRUSTRICK TRICK TOUR 2016" live tour in December 2016. The group apologized for the abruptness of the announcement in November 2016 after determining that both artists should pursue solo careers.
The duo was comprised of singer Sayaka Kanda and guitarist Billy. The group debuted in June 2014 with their first album Eternity. The group later released two singles, two digital singles, four mini-albums, and two more major albums. The most recent album, TRICK, shipped in October 2016.
The duo performed theme songs for anime such as My Love Story!!, Shōnen Maid, Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Future Arc, and Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Despair Arc. Additionally, the pair performed the theme song for the Danganronpa stage plays, and Kanda appeared in the plays.
Kanda's anime roles include Convenience Store Boy Friends' Miharu Mashiki, Air Bound's Shioji, and Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale's Yuna. She returned to voice her anime character Ezomichi in the live-action film adaptation of Mao Nanami's Real Girl (3D Kanojo) manga in 2018. Kanda also played Teresa in the Star Blazers 2202 anime films, which are receiving a sequel.
