The official website for the Anime Expo convention announced on Thursday that it will host illustrator Hao and voice actresses Saya Horigome and Asuka Itou as part an "Azur Lane Behind the Scenes" panel, and it will also host producers Hiroyuki Omori and Takamitsu Sueyoshi as part of a "Warner Bros. Japan Anime Lineup featuring JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" panel.
Hao has illustrated the characters Enterprise, Akagi, and Kaga, among others, in the Azur Lane game. Horigome voices Cleveland in the game, while Itou voices San Diego.
Omori joined Warner Bros. Japan in 2011 and has been a producer for the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime, as well as a music producer for the franchise. Sueyoshi is a producer for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, the latest anime series in the franchise, and has also been involved in the licensing and managing rights for Bleach and Death Note.
This year's Anime Expo will take place from July 4 to July 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event will also hold an audition with the show's staff for an English-speaking role in one episode of the upcoming Shikizakura television anime. Other guests include actor Ryo Kitamura, manga creator Bisco Hatori, Love Live! Sunshine!!'s Aqours group (without Arisa Komiya), singer Kanako Ito, composer Yoshihiro Ike, and artist Utako Yukihiro.
Sentai Filmworks will host a premiere of the Uta no Prince Sama Maji Love Kingdom anime film during the event.
