New key visual also revealed for series premiering on July 4

The official website for the television anime adaptation of CHIROLU's If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord (Uchi no Ko no tame naraba, ore wa moshikashitara Maō mo Taoseru kamoshirenai.) light novel series began streaming the show's second promotional video on Sunday.

The site also revealed a new key visual.

The show will premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11 on July 4 at 11:30 p.m., before airing later on Tochigi TV, AT-X, and J:COM TV. The show will stream only on U-NEXT in Japan.

The anime stars:

J-Novel Club is releasing the light novels digitally in English, and it describes the story:

Dale is a cool, composed, and highly skilled adventurer who's made quite a name for himself despite his youth. One day on a job deep in the forest, he comes across a little devil girl who's almost wasted away. Unable to just leave her there to die, Dale takes her home and becomes her adoptive father. Devil or not, Latina is beyond adorable, and the adventurer soon finds himself head over heels with being a parent. But why was she out in the forest to begin with, and why does she carry the mark of a criminal?

Takeyuki Yanase (Himegoto, Onsen Yōsei Hakone-chan, In Another World With My Smartphone) is directing the anime at Maho Film. Takao Yoshioka (WATAMOTE, High School DxD, Konohana Kitan) is writing and supervising the series' scripts. Hota., the artist of the novels' manga adaptation, is credited for design cooperation. Miyako Nishida, Toshihide Masudate, and Kaho Deguchi are all credited as character designers and chief animation directors. Kanon Takao will perform the show's opening theme song "I'm With You" as her character Latina, and Nobuhiko Okamoto as his character Dale will perform the ending theme song "This is Yūsha, but Zannen!?."
