This year's 13th issue of Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine revealed on Wednesday that Rina Yagami's Wake Atte Kinō Ubawaremashita (I Was Taken Away Yesterday For Some Reason) manga will end in four chapters. If there are no delays, the manga will end on August 5.

The manga centers on Aoi, a girl from the countryside who has only experienced failed romances. She sets out to Tokyo to live alone. She meets a handsome young actor named Sakura, and they end up living together.

Yagami launched the manga in Sho-Comi in June 2018. Shogakukan published the manga's third compiled book volume on March 26.

Yagami launched the Ani ni Aisaresugite Komattemasu (My Big Brother Loves Me So Much It's a Problem) manga in Sho-Comi in 2015 and ended it in March 2018. Shogakukan published the manga's 11th and final volume in May 2018. A live-action film adaptation of the manga, starring Ryōta Katayose, Tao Tsuchiya, and Yudai Chiba, opened in Japan in June 2017. The film debuted at #3 at the Japanese box office.
