Anime Expo Hosts Sailor Moon Editor Fumio Osano, Actress Kanae Yumemiya

The official website for the Sailor Moon franchise announced on Friday that Sailor Moon manga editor Fumio Osano and Sailor Moon The Super Live Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino actress Kanae Yumemiya will attend this year's Anime Expo convention as guests. The two guests will be present at the Kodansha Comics/Vertical booth for a panel and photo session.
Sailor Moon The Super Live, a performance show based on Naoko Takeuchi's Sailor Moon manga, ran in Washington, D.C. and New York in March, after a run in Tokyo in August and September 2018, and a show in Paris in November 2018. The show was performed in Japanese with English supertitles. The performance's U.S. run marked the first time that a "2.5-dimensional musical" ran on a U.S. stage.
This year's Anime Expo will take place from July 4 to 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
