Akiyoshi Ohta Launches Boku ga Yūsha de Maō mo Boku de Comedy Manga

The official website for Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine revealed on Thursday that Akiyoshi Ohta will launch the Boku ga Yūsha de Maō mo Boku de (I Am the Hero, and the Demon King Is Also Me) manga in the September issue on July 26. Ohta is providing the story, and Tatsuya Endō is providing the art.
The announcement teased that the story will combine the legend of a demon king with a hero who crosses over time and other things. The comedy will involve traveling between a Japanese living room and another world.
Ohta (See Me After Class) also launched the Ore no Tomodachi ga Kawaisugite Komaru! (My Friend is So Cute it's Causing Trouble!) manga with Ataru Shunkatō on March 27. Ohta and Munyū's Asa Made Jugyou Chu! school romantic comedy manga inspired an original video anime in 2012.
Broccoli Books released Ohta and MATSUDA98's Honoka Lv. Up! manga in English.
