The staff of the Anime NYC convention announced on Wednesday that the event will host The Promised Neverland anime's director Mamoru Kanbe, voice actress Mariya Ise (The Promised Neverland's Ray), and producers Shinobu Ono (CloverWorks) and Kenta Suzuki (Aniplex). Viz Media publishes the manga in North America.

A live-action film adaptation of the manga will open in winter 2020.
