Funimation announced on Monday that it will add the following anime from Aniplex to its streaming service on Tuesday:

The original Puella Magi Madoka Magica television anime premiered in January 2011, and Crunchyroll later streamed the series. Aniplex of America released the television series, two compilation films, and the Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie Part 3: Rebellion sequel film in North America. Funimation describes the series:

She has a loving family and best friends, laughs and cries from time to time… Madoka Kaname, an eighth grader of Mitakihara middle school, is one of those who lives such a life. One day, she had a very magical encounter.

She doesn't know if it happened by chance or by fate yet. This is a fateful encounter that can change her destiny. This is a beginning of the new story of the magical witch girls!

The Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story television anime series will premiere in Japan on January 2020. The Anime NYC event hosted the anime's U.S. premiere on November 16.

The anime adaptation of TAa's Emiya-sanchi no Kyō no Gohan (Today's Menu for Emiya Family) manga premiered in December 2017, and Aniplex of America began streaming the series on Crunchyroll in January 2018 to coincide with the Japanese streaming premiere. Aniplex of America describes the anime:

"Fulfilling meal…a familiar view"
In this story, Fate and food meet in a delicious and gentle world.
It's nothing but an ordinary meal scene...
Delicious meals are served at the Emiya's dinner table every day, through spring, summer, fall and winter.
-- Let's see... what's for dinner today?

The first season of the anime adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa's Silver Spoon manga premiered on Fuji TV's Noitamina late-night programming block in July 2013, and the second season premiered in January 2014. Aniplex USA released both seasons on home video, and Crunchyroll streamed both seasons of the anime.

The series centers on Yūgo Hachiken, as well as the cast of characters that surround him when he decides to attend an agricultural high school in the countryside. Yūgo's decision to attend an agricultural school is influenced in part by disagreements with his parents, but when he gets to school, he finds himself not used to the realities of a life of farming, agriculture, and animal husbandry. To keep up with his classmates, he finds that he needs to adapt, learning to respect the knowledge of everybody around him.

The first anime season of Cygames' Granblue Fantasy smartphone game premiered in Japan in April 2017 and ran for 13 episodes. Aniplex of America streamed the first season on the services Crunchyroll, Daisuki, and Anime Strike. Funimation describes the series:

As the new captain of the Grandcypher airship, Gran will stop at nothing as they soar through the Sky Realm to find the Island of the Astrals and his father. But Gran, Vyrn (his reptilian friend), Lyria, and their new allies face countless obstacles and challenges along their journey.

Bound together forever through a magical power, Gran and Lyria vow to protect each other from the evil Erste Empire.

GRANBLUE FANTASY The Animation Season 2 premiered in Japan on October 4. HIDIVE and Crunchyroll are streaming the second season as it airs in Japan.
