One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Game's Videos Reveal March 26 Release in Japan, March 27 Release in SEA, Europe

Bandai Namco Entertainment announced in a video on Monday that it will release the One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 game for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in Japan on March 26. Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia and Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe similarly announced in videos that they will release the game in Southeast Asia and Europe on March 27. The company's North American branch has yet to announce a release date in those areas. The game is also getting a release on PC via Steam on March 27.

The above video reveals three Day 1 bonus costumes, Deluxe Edition bonuses, and Season Pass bonuses for PS4 and Switch. The Japanese video also reveals physical and download edition bonuses for the Japanese version of the game.

Playable characters in the game include Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, Chopper, Robin, Franky, Brook, Boa Hancock, Jinbe, Trafalgar Law, Bartolomeo, Cavendish, Katakuri, Basil Hawkins, Carrot, Vinsmoke Reiju, Vinsmoke Ichiji, Vinsmoke Niji, and Vinsmoke Yonji. The game will have an original story that takes place in Wano Country.

Namco Bandai Games released the first One Piece Pirate Warriors game in Japan on PS3 and later in Europe and America in 2012. The second game shipped in Japan for PS3 and PS Vita and in Europe and North America for PS3 in 2013. Bandai Namco Entertainment released One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 for the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and on PC (via Steam) in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia in August 2015. The game shipped in Japan in March 2015 for PS3, PS4, and PS Vita. The game launched on the Nintendo Switch in Japan in December 2017.
