Pre-orders open now, expected to ship in April

Anime Limited has announced that it will distribute Bandai Visual's Japanese "Perfect Pack" Blu-ray of Gundam: Reconguista in G Movie Part 2: Bellri's Fierce Charge. The film is compiled from the Gundam: Reconguista in G television series. (It is the second of a planned series of five films, retelling the series with new scenes.)

The title can be pre-ordered from the AllTheAnime website until 5 p.m. (UK) on Wednesday February 12. Stock is expected in April, and will be shipped from Anime Limited's offices in GLASGOW, UK.

According to the announcement, "This is a pre-order scheme in conjunction with Bandai that allows fans in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia the chance to pre-order this product knowing it will be shipped by us from the U.K once stock has arrived."

The film will include the English subtitles for the feature; there is no dub.

These release will come with a Special Description Guide - Mechas (48 pages planned); Booklet in Japanese and English (16 pages planned); Bonus Blu-ray Disc including a Documentary video on Yoshiyuki Tomino - Part II; three 90-second "Mobile Suit School" short videos, English-subtitled; Storyboards vol.2 (570 pages planned); Dubbing script vol.2 (2 books); Japanese-only Audio commentary; a storage box illustrated by Animation Director Ikuro Kuwana (Animation Director); and an inner jacket illustrated by Ippei Gyōbu (Mechanical Design).

If any additional stock is available after orders have been fulfilled, these will be listed on the AllTheAnime site on a first-come first-served basis.

The price is £99.99, including shipping to UK customers via UPS.

The synopsis is as follows:

"In an attempt to rescue Bellri and the others, Dellensen launches an attack on the pirate corps's Megafauna. Bellri, forced into space combat in Earth orbit, fails to realize he is facing his former instructor and shoots him down with the G-Self.

"Meanwhile, the Capital Army demands the return of the G-Self and Raraiya Monday, and deploys first the Mask team's Elf Bullocks and then Becker's Wuxia team. Behind the scenes, a crisis is developing which will drive them all to violate the taboos of SU-Cordism--the existence of a threat from space."
