Live Anime Music Performances in London in January

Two 60-minute performances at Butcher's Hall near Barbican station on January 14 and two more performances on January 27

Tickets are available for January performances of the live music concert, "Candlelight: The Best of Anime," at the Butchers' Hall venue in Bart's Square, near the Museum of London and the Barbican station (map). There will be two 60-minute performances on Friday January 14 at 6.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. and two more performances on Thursday January 27, also at 6.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.

The event is performed by the City String Ensemble, as is described as follows:

"The best anime songs, like you've never heard before! Enjoy a unique experience under the glimmer of candlelight during this exclusive Candlelight concert. A string quartet will perform some of the best-loved anime songs in one of London's most spectacular locations."

The tentative programme is:

Naruto, Attack on Titan, Tokyo Ghoul, Sailor Moon, Death Note, Dragon Ball, Yuri!!! on Ice, Studio Ghibli Medley, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, InuYasha, Elfen Lied, Demon Slayer, Neon Genesis Evangelion.

The event is open to 8 year-olds and over; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
