Ani-One Simulcasts Dr. Stone: Ryusui Anime Special for Ultra Subscribers

Episode 1 streams on July 10 at 3:30 p.m. IST, episode 2 at 4:00 p.m. IST

Hong Kong content distributor MediaLink Entertainment Limited's Ani-One YouTube channel announced on Facebook on Wednesday that the Dr. Stone: Ryusui anime special will stream on YouTube for Ultra subscribers. The channel will stream:

  • Dr. Stone: Ryusui episode one on July 10 at 3:30 p.m. IST.
  • Dr. Stone: Ryusui episode two on July 10 at 4:00 p.m. IST.

Alongside Hong Kong and India, Ani-One will stream the anime in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Ani-One describes the story:

After the defeat of the Tsukasa Empire, the Kingdom of Science intended to set sail for the New World to investigate more about the petrification phenomenon. In need of learning sailing skills, Senku decided to revive Ryusui Nanami, an experienced captain. After being awakened, Ryusui became part of the Kingdom of Science as the captain for their ship, and they began to search for oil…

The one-hour special will air in Japan on July 10 at 7:00 p.m.

Shūhei Matsushita (DEEMO Memorial Keys) is replacing Shinya Iino to direct the special at returning studio TMS Entertainment. Yuichiro Kido is returning as well to write and oversee the series scripts, and Yuko Iwasa is returning as the character designer.

Boichi (Sun-Ken Rock) and Riichirou Inagaki (author of Eyeshield 21) launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2017, and ended the series on March 7. Viz Media is publishing the manga digitally and in print. MANGA Plus also published the manga digitally in English.

The manga's 26th and final volume shipped on July 4. A fanbook will then ship in Japan in August.

The first television anime debuted in July 2019. Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, the anime's second season, premiered in January 2021.

The anime will get a third season that will premiere in 2023.
