TV Tokyo produces anime

TV Tokyo announced on Wednesday that it is producing a television anime of Yurie Sekiya's Pero Pero★Sparkles characters

Sekiya launched the characters in 2013, and the characters have since spawned merchandise, as well as a 2020 YouTube anime.
