Kono Oto Tomare! Manga to End in 3 Chapters

Amyū announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday the Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life manga will end in three chapters, including the new chapter in the issue of Shueisha's Jump SQ. magazine that will ship on September 4.
The story follows Takezō, the last remaining member of the koto club (a club dedicated to the traditional Japanese string instrument). If he doesn't find new members, the koto club will be terminated. One day, Takezō is alone in the club room when a student barges in and demands to join. The student is delinquent Chika Kudō, a boy who even scares delinquent upperclassmen at other schools.
Amyū launched the manga in Shueisha's Jump SQ. in August 2012. Shueisha shipped the 34th compiled book volume on June 4.
The manga inspired a television anime that premiered on Tokyo MX, BS11, and WOWOW in April 2019. The anime aired for two cours or two quarters of a year.
The manga also inspired a stage play from August - September in 2019.
