Kodansha Annnounces Buzz or Die Visual Novel for PC

Kodansha Game Creators' Lab announced on Monday a new visual novel titled Buzz or Die by indie game creator Bon. The game will launch for PC via Steam in 2026. The company streamed a trailer:

The rules are simple. Dive into your opponent's mindscape and search for secrets. Turn those secrets into content and make a short video. Gain the most Likes from the audience to win.

In the game, players take the role of a prisoner playing in a game show with the goal of creating a video that exposes another prisoner's dark past. The winner earns freedom while the loser gets executed.
