Toshiko Machida's Hanako-gari Manga Ends

Kodansha's Pocket Magazine platform published the final chapter of Toshiko Machida's Hanako-gari (Hanako Hunt) manga on August 27.
The story is set in a world where spirits run rampant. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government establishes an organization meant to search for and protect these spirits, renamed "Hanako," but the truth is the government is hunting and disposing of these spirits.
Machida launched the series on Kodansha's Pocket Magazine platform in September 2025. Kodansha shipped the second compiled book volume on March 9, and will release the third and final volume on September 9.
Machida's The Demon Consort: "I Love You" Are Frightening Words manga ended in April 2025. The series launched on NTT Solmare's Comic CMOA platform in March 2024. Shinchosha shipped the third and final volume in August 2025. Yen Press publishes the series in English, and shipped the first volume on August 25.
