Idea Factory Announces New Adventure Game Brand, 1st Project ICONOLOGY

Idea Factory announced on Wednesday that it is launching a new adventure game brand "IFChronicle" with its first project titled ICONOLOGY. The game will launch for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

Charade Maniacs character designer Teita will illustrate, and Psycho-Pass writer Makoto Fukami will write the scenario for the game. Asami Saito is directing.
ICONOLOGY will also get a manga in Ichijinsha's Comic Howl web magazine beginning on October 14. Ichi Sayo (Monster and Parent) will draw the series based on the original scenario by Fukami and Idea Factory.
The company stated that the new brand will be a global brand aiming to expand the conversation around adventure games worldwide.
Idea Factory's other brands include Otomate and Compile Heart.
