The Japanese version of live-action adaptation of the Marry My Husband web novel and webtoon premiered on June 27 on Amazon Prime Video, and has risen to No. 1 on Prime Video Japan's charts, according to global streaming ranking tracker FlixPatrol.

The Korean live-action adaptation of Marry My Husband, also available on Prime Video, ranked as the seventh most-watched non-English series, and fifth in the TV show category globally in 2024. The webtoon, which is drawn by Studio LICO, is available on WEBTOON. sungsojac's original novel is available on Yonder.
