Asian Fashion Continues to Grow at Pacific Media Expo

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Pacific Media Expo (PMX) will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary this year with their largest fashion event ever. Veteran's Day weekend promises to be a busy weekend for fans of Japanese fashion with celebrity designers, pop-up fashion boutiques, tea parties, fashion show and even a swap meet!

The featured Fashion Guest of Honor at this year's event will be Yumi Fujiwara, head designer for one of the highly coveted Lolita brands, Innocent World. The Innocent World brand of clothing is inspired by classical European designs and embodies the ideals of elegance and cuteness in a way that is suitable for young women of the modern era. Ms. Fujiwara will be participating in panels, press interviews, will be featuring her clothes in her pop-up retail boutique and will also be showing off her latest designs in the 2014 PMX Fashion Show. Her work will also be honored at an exclusive tea party, The Royal Athenaeum Celebration, during Pacific Media Expo.

"Japanese fashion has been relentless in its growth over the past ten years. It has evolved from being fringe fashion to work acceptable. We are just honored to be able to support it over the last decade. I think there is no doubt that aside from a ticket to Japan, Pacific Media Expo is the place to go to learn and experience this trend first-hand" said Mike Tatsugawa, CEO of the Pacific Media Association,

Pacific Media Expo's fashion line-up will also include more than just Innocent World. The following designers and retail boutiques from around the world represent the very best of Asia's Lolita fashion and designers inspired by Japan's fashions.
