Star Cutouts Delivers Yu-Gi-Oh! Character Standees and Facemasks to Brand Fans in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Ireland and the United Kingdom


March 10, 2015, New York – 4K Media, the Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. subsidiary dedicated to the management, licensing and marketing of the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand, today announced it has finalized a licensing agreement with Star Cutouts that will bring standees and facemasks based on the popular Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters to consumers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The agreement was announced by Jennifer Coleman, vice president of licensing and marketing for 4K Media and Steve Hoagland, director, Star Cutouts.

“Star Cutouts is committed to developing high quality products that provide yet another means for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans to interact and engage with the property they love,” said 4K Media's Coleman. “The Star Cutouts facemasks are ideal for youngsters in that they are safe, easy to wear and most of all, are fun. The Yu-Gi-Oh! standees and masks will be a great way for consumers to include their favorite monsters at birthday parties and special events, and will carry over to Halloween, too.”

Star Cutouts will utilize the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards artwork to develop and design the life-size standees and flat face masks for the brands most popular monsters. The products will be available through a wide variety of retail outlets, including catalog/direct mail sales, independent comic and hobby shops, drug, gift and home video chains, mid-tier retailers, music chains and office supply stores as well as specialty, toy and warehouse stores and online to consumers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Product introduction is slated for fall 2015, just in time for Halloween in America.
