First Annual Los Angeles Anime Film Festival to Present Opening Night Red Carpet Show Hosted by Unlocked

Los Angeles, California (September 4, 2017) - Los Angeles Anime Film Festival (LA- AFF), presented by international creative company Rydgen Inc. in partnership with L.A. based film distribution company Azoland Pictures, is proud to announce that they will be live-streaming red carpet highlights, backstage footage, and live look-ins of their inau- gural festival's opening night gala through the live video chat application Unlocked by Fan Connect Inc.

The “LA-AFF Opening Night Red Carpet Show” will be hosted by several major indus- try professionals including voice actors Bryce Papenbrook (Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online, Seven Deadly Sins) and David Vincent (Bleach, Kill la Kill, Fire Emblem Awakening) through Unlocked's free live video streaming platform. The show will feature a behind-the-scenes look at North America's largest anime film festival as they celebrate the 100th anniversary of anime and showcase the English dub world premiere of the highly anticipated film, No Game, No Life Zero.

Fans will be able to interact with the many VIPs and industry guests that are in atten- dance at the opening night red carpet gala by submitting questions to the hosts and talent on the “LA-AFF Opening Night Red Carpet Show” in real time. In addition, the show will present red carpet highlights of this year's special guests including the English cast members of No Game, No Life Zero, Scott Gibbs (Voice of Riku) and Caitlynn French (Voice of Shuvi) and the ADR Director Kyle Colby Jones. The producer of No Game No Life Zero, Shō Tanaka, will also be a special guest along with the Director of the film, KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm, Masakazu Hishida.

The LA-AFF takes place September 15- 17, 2017 and all programs will be showcased at the Regal L.A. LIVE: A Barco Innovation Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The open- ing night red carpet gala is followed by the festival's opening ceremony where one of the first anime short films created in 1917, Namakura Gatana, will be screened to commem- orate the centennial celebration.

Tickets to the opening night gala includes admission to the opening ceremony and an exclusive gift bag including never before seen exclusive No Game, No Life Zero merchandise from Sentai Filmworks.
