Popular Drawing App “ibisPaint” and Painting Tool “CLIP STUDIO PAINT” Join Forces to Provide a More Convenient Creative Environment

We are happy to announce a collaboration between ibisPaint, the popular smartphone/tablet drawing app developed and sold by ibis mobile inc., and CLIP STUDIO PAINT, the painting tool for PC and iPad developed and sold by CELSYS,Inc. Now, artwork drawn in ibisPaint can be edited in CLIP STUDIO PAINT by means of online storage.

This new feature will be available in the ibisPaint app Ver. 5.1.10 or later, released on June 11, and CLIP STUDIO PAINT Ver. 1.7.4 or later, released on April 26.

ibisPaint is a popular drawing app for smartphone and tablet that allows users to upload progress videos of their artwork to share in the joy of drawing. It has more than 19 million downloads and has users all over the world.

CLIP STUDIO PAINT is a painting tool for Windows, macOS, and iPad with over 3 million users*, released in 2012. With excellent drawing performance and a huge range of features, it is used all over the world by a range of creators from beginners to professional artists.

Thanks to this new collaboration between ibisPaint and CLIP STUDIO PAINT, users will be able to draw on their smartphone or tablet while out and about, then finish up their artwork on the computer at home for a more comfortable creative process.
