Visual Novel Developer Frontwing Announces Release Window for PC Visual Novel ISLAND

Los Angeles, California – July 5, 2018 During a presentation and discussion panel at Anime Expo 2018 today, Japan-based visual novel developer Frontwing announced the release window for their upcoming PC title ISLAND. The game is currently scheduled for release in summer of 2018. The Steam store page for the game has also been launched, and can be accessed from the following URL: http://store.steampowered.com/app/857450/

ISLAND is an intricate visual novel with multiple routes and endings. Through use of the game's flowchart system, players navigate through the story and uncover clues to unravel the mysteries of Urashima, the titular island.

The English game's homepage can be reached from the following URL: http://en.Frontwing.jp/games/island.html

The story of ISLAND revolves around Sanzenkai Setsuna, a young man who wakes up on the shore of Urashima with no memories of his past. During the game, you'll explore Setsuna's relationship with three girls on the island, RIN-NE, Karen, and Sara. As he uncovers the hidden secrets of Urashima's past - and future - Setsuna must fight against fate to protect that which he treasures most.

An animated adaptation of ISLAND produced by Studio feel. and directed by Keiichiro Kawaguchi is also currently airing on Crunchyroll. Frontwing plans to share more announcements regarding the anime adaptation in collaboration with Crunchyroll very soon.

About Frontwing
Frontwing is a developer of Japanese visual novels. From school life love stories to hardcore adult games, as well as titles which utilize 3D computer graphics, our creations cover a diverse range of genres. Our products, as well as the characters they feature, have come to represent the world of bishojo games. Frontwing marked its first venture into the overseas market May 29, 2015, with the English release of 'The Fruit of Grisaia' on Steam. Since then, we have self-published the Grisaia: Phantom Trigger and Corona Blossom series, as well as three ‘Grisaia’ series side stories. Further localized titles are in the works, including simultaneous English releases of new upcoming Frontwing games.
