OC Japan Fair to Host Very First Pop-up Maid Cafe Restaurant in Orange County, CA Oct 19th - 21st

ORANGE COUNTY, CA - October 10, 2018 - Attendees of OC Japan Fair can find a delightful experience at the retail hanger at booth #14 where Arcane Maid Cafe is setting up an European themed maid cafe, with a robust menu of authentic pastas, desserts, latte art coffee, and boba drinks. Entry to the maid cafe is free to the public if you purchase tickets to OC Japan Fair. Tickets for OC Japan Fair are available on their website and cost $8.00 at door for an all day pass.

Menu items that have been seen but not confirmed are:

• Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, French brioche heart, and roasted cherry tomatoes.
  
• Penne Parmigiana with Chicken, French brioche heart
  
• Taro-flavored “Arcane” soft-serve Ice Cream
  
• Strawberry Waffle Ice Cream with art drawn with chocolate
  
• Italian Cappuccino with latte art
  

Patrons can be expected to be served either fast casual, or on a table where a maid staffer will serve you and “bless” your food should you ask for it. Table-side role playing such as food drawings, blessing with cheese graters on pastas, and other creative and cute actions are expected. Staffers will also be wearing purple maid cafe Arcane uniforms.

This marks the first time the maid cafe group has undergone a full cafe-restaurant build-out, creating an authentic Akihabara maid cafe experience in Orange County, California. Seating is extremely limited (12 seats from the released diagram) and the cafe is expected to have a long line of guests.

Also announced was a cosplay contest where the first 50 cosplay sign-ups will be allowed into OC Japan Fair on Saturday Oct 20th for free.
