Carole & Tuesday, a Groundbreaking Musical Anime, Introduces a New Character and the Artists Behind the Music
Tokyo, December 5th, 2018. CAROLE & TUESDAY is a musical anime supervised by director Shinichiro Watanabe, a charismatic figure known worldwide for his work on titles such as Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, The Animatrix, and Blade Runner: Black Out 2022.
According to Director Shinichiro Watanabe, in CAROLE & TUESDAY, the music plays a central role. As such, a team of highly acclaimed musicians has been recruited to create the BGM and songs for the titular heroines.
Today, a new character has been introduced, her name is angela, she is a fashion model and TV personality, and her future plan is to make her debut as a singer. Also, the first group of artists creating the songs that will be sung during the story has been announced: Jen Wood (This White Light), Maisa Tsuno (Akai Ko-en), Benny Sings, and Lido.
