Official Virtual Characters for Persol Pacific League TV, the Shugo Tenshi PartyPure Project, Has Been Unveiled

The PartyPure Production Committee revealed the Shugo Tenshi PartyPure Project, which will begin on Saturday, October 5, 2019. It stars the Persol Pacific League TV official sportscasters, Shugo Tenshi PartyPure, virtual characters made with the latest technology, who will focus on sharing the charms of baseball with the world.

This project was planned, produced, and managed by Pacific League Marketing Corporation (hereafter referred to as PLM), Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd., Gugenka®, and Tokyo Otaku Mode Inc. with Yoyogi Animation Academy collaborating on the production.

The characters are designed after the 6 teams that are part of the Pacific League and are the official sportscasters of Persol Pacific League TV, the league's official streaming service managed by PLM. They will also perform other activities such as live streaming, holding events, and streaming compilations in order to share the charms of baseball and the Pacific League to fans in the first project of its kind in baseball.

Starting with Persol Climax Series Pacific, which began on Saturday, October 5th, 2019, the virtual characters will use their unique characteristics in a wide variety of activities, including but not limited to baseball, to reach not just existing baseball fans but also to acquire new ones.

This project uses anime-style 3DCG characters. By using this latest technology, the data is more generic, more feasible and allows for multiple angles to be filmed within the virtual space.

Story
These angels live in heaven, in which they compete using their guardian powers. Their first mission from God is to protect baseball teams and guide them to victory.
